The privacy of users visiting the Network Rail eLearning site is of great importance. Users of the Network Rail eLearning site have the right to know what type of information is being collected about them on this site and the purpose for which the information is being collected.

In addition, we limit access to your personal information to those employees who have a business need to access this only and who are subject to a duty of confidentiality.

How long we will keep your personal information for?

We will keep your information for as long as you are an employee of Network Rail and required to use the Network Rail eLearning site. We will delete your information in line with Network Rails Corporate Records Retention Schedule.
